Some weddings, you just feel it. It isn't about perfection, or about how much money is spent, or how many clever ideas you have, or how hard you try. It's just about the natural, unforced, genuine love and affection, humour and warmth that is... well, is just THERE. Whatever you hoped to create or to capture as a photographer gives way to being part of the day and part of the party and simply feeling it.
Becca and Gray - your big day was one of these days, where I felt so much a part of the event, so much a part of the family, that the day is still with me as if a member of my own family had got married. And when that happens, it makes you want to give a little bit more, do a little bit more.
One of your lovely sisters mentioned she had seen a photofilm, and I thought, I wonder if I can do one of these for you. So I took pretty much every shot I had taken in the day - around 2,500 photos - gave them a quick black and white edit (because that is the quickest way to "develop" pictures) and put together a little film for you, as a thank you, as a surprise. It's not perfect, there is the odd glitch, the odd moment where my cameras arent synched. But it is fun, and I think you will like it.
So from me, until I can fully edit and upload a proper selection for you, enjoy this little mini surprise from me to you and your family. x Adam
